The Walking Seminar. Embodied research in emergent Anthropocene landscapes was published in the context of the ‘The Walking Residency’ project executed by Nick Shepherd in 2017 as Artist in Residence at the Reinwardt Academy. While walking together you can connect obvious but hidden and forgotten insights, places, identities, stories, climate, nature, humans and animals. The notion that bodies, landscapes and performance can function as an archive is central to Shepherd’s vision.
