Reinwardt staff participates at interational conference Tangible Pasts

On 6 and 7 June three staff members of the Reinwardt Academy are participating in the international conference 'Tangible Pasts? Questioning Heritage Education' in Rotterdam. The conference is organized by the Center for Historical Culture of the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Lecturer Leontine Meijer van Mensch will be member of the panel in the workshop titled Transcending World War II heritage: dealing with multiple perspectives.

Hester Dibbits (course director of the Master of Museology and professor of cultural heritage at the Academy) participates together with Carla van Boxtel (member of the Advisory Board) in a panel on professionalization of history teachers and museum educators.

Carla van Boxtel will also provide a keynote on Friday on the subject of education: Teaching history with heritage: can we create good practices?
