This masterclass updates students and alumni on copyright. The teacher will cover rights-related topics in the areas of media, authorship, brands and privacy. When does someone infringe your copyright, or how do you know when you can use something yourself? The masterclass is full of striking examples and there is a lot of room for questions.

Merel Teunissen is a lawyer with VWSadvocaten and advises, contracts and litigates on a wide variety of issues in the field of media, copyright, trademarks and privacy law. She also teaches law at the Academy for Theatre and Dance in Amsterdam and is a member of the editorial board at Mediaforum, a magazine about media and communication law.
