Kaoi Yiu

Kaoi Yiu (1991) is a concept developer and designer of visual presentations. Her work is characterised by drama and a deep understanding of using certain emotions in narratives.

Her graduation project included designing visuals to disclose the famous jewellery collection of Gerrit Rietveld Academy of Art & Design. By recording rare conversations she had with artists, and thus revealing emotions such as nostalgia, joy and regret, she managed to engage the autonomous field of Contemporary Jewellery.

Obtained degrees from Amsterdam University of the Arts (Heritage) and Utrecht University (Theatre & Film). Currently continuing her studies at University of Leicester, England.
