Interactive webinar emotion networking

On the 20th of May, the National Centre of Expertise for Cultural Education and Amateur Arts (LKCA) together with the Dutch Commission of Unesco organized an interactive webinar about emotion networking. Lector Hester Dibbits spoke about the method she co-developed.

Cultural heritage is all about emotions and giving meaning by exchanging opinions and memories. To provide insight into these complicated interplays between emotions and interests, lector Hester Dibbits and director of Imagine IC Marlous Willemsen developed the method of emotion networking. The aim is for people to become 'heritage wise' and (more) aware of the complex dynamics surrounding heritage.

This year's Unesco International Arts Education Week was about contested heritage. That is why on the 20th of May the National Centre of Expertise for Cultural Education and Amateur Arts (LKCA) together with the Dutch Commission of Unesco organized an interactive webinar about emotion networking. During this webinar Hester Dibbits spoke about the method she co-developed and chair of the Dutch Commission Andrée van Es spoke about the Commission's work.
