What you’ll get from this session
Your idea is ready to go, and you can picture the final result in your mind. But how to start making it happen? What do you need to do? How do you get to the finish line? Across two sessions you’ll bring your own ideas to life. You’ll come together with fellow students and exchange ideas about how to go about things. Then we’ll get down to work – and if you ever feel like you don’t know which way to go, someone will be there to nudge you in the right direction. Make sure you also come to the second session on 23 January, when we map out the perfect path for you.
About
The coach for this session is Onno van Swigchem. He’s a saxophonist, composer and bandleader who has run projects combining dance and film throughout the Netherlands and abroad. He also gives talent training sessions and teaches classes at HKU University of the Arts in Utrecht, and the conservatoires in Arnhem (ArtEZ, University of the Arts) and Zwolle.

The teacher will tell you everything you need to know when starting up, opening the doors to a new world. We provide the pen and paper, so you can note down all the tips and tricks.
Get to work
Roll up your sleeves, because we’re going put what you’ve learned into practice right away. Sometimes the teacher will ask you to work with a specific case study, but usually you’ll be applying it to your own situation.

- Free for current students and recent graduates (from 2019 onwards).
- € 12.50 for AHK alumni who graduated before 2019.
- € 15.00 for non-AHK participants.
